    904530—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Hilary O. Taylor, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Hilary O. Taylor, the place of residence of each being unknown; Anthony O. Taylor, whose last known place of residence is 5455 Zelzah Avenue, Apt. 105, Encino, CA 91316, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Dontus Bishop, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Lorain Doss, the place of residence of each being unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Louis Wicker, Jr., the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on September 28, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $2,101.56 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 795-47-019

    Situated in the Village of Oakwood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And being known as that part of Original Bedford Township Lot No. 77, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the Westerly line of Wright Avenue, 60.0 feet wide at an iron pin found distant 569.60 feet Southerly as measured along said street line from its intersection with the Southerly line of Forbes Road, 60.0 feet wide; Thence North 89 deg. 28', 20" West being parallel with the Southerly line of Forbes Road aforesaid, 300.0 feet as measured to an iron pin set; thence South 00 deg. 16' 00" East being parallel with the Westerly line of Wright Avenue, 75.0 feet to an iron pin set; Thence South 89 deg. 28' 20" East being parallel with the Southerly line of Forbes Road, 300 feet to an iron pin set in the Westerly line of Wright Avenue aforesaid; Thence North 0 deg. 16' 00" West as measured along the Westerly line of Wright Avenue, 60.0 feet wide, 75.0 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.517 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 25th day of February, 2019.
