    905887—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc., of Wyatt C. Brownlee, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Wyatt C. Brownlee, the place of residence of each being unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Emma Brownlee, the place of residence of each being unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Wyatt Brownlee, Jr., the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 24, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $159.34 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 126-14-122

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being part of Sublot No. 115 in Wyman and Hamilton's Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 416 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 5 of Maps, Page 22 of Cuyahoga County Records and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Easterly line of East 89th Street (formerly Bolton Avenue) distance 18.00 feet Northerly from the Southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 115; Thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 115, 58.00 feet; Thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of East 89th Street, 6.00 feet; Thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 115, 15.00 feet; Thence Northerly parallel with the said Easterly line of East 89th Street 6.00 feet; Thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 115, 77.00 feet to the Easterly line of said Sublot; Thence Northerly along said Easterly line of said Sublot, 13.00 feet; Thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of said Sublot, 150.00 feet to the Easterly line of East 89th Street; Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of East 89th Street, 25.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of February, 2019.
