Cleveland Durham, whose last known place of residence is 12335 Forest Grove Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Cleveland Durham, whose last known place of residence is 12335 Forest Grove Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Cleveland Durham, the place of residence of each being unknown; Deirdra Durham, whose last known place of residence is 12406 Castlewood, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Deirdra Durham, whose last known place of residence is 12406 Castlewood, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 22, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,284.45 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:
And known as being all of Sublot No. 60 and the Westerly one-half of Sublot No. 59 in the Elworthy-Helwick Company's Bungalow Park Allotment of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 380, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 43, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land 57.50 feet front on the Northerly side of Forestgrove Avenue, and extending back 102.155 feet on the Easterly line, 106.80 feet on the Westerly line, and having a rear line of 57.688 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of March, 2019.
