    Charles E. Davis Jr., whose last known place of residence is 27771 Lake Shore Boulevard, Euclid, OH 44132, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Charles E. Davis Jr., whose last known place of residence is 27771 Lake Shore Boulevard, Euclid, OH 44132, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Lapetha Ruffin, whose last known place of residence is 4693 East 153rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44128, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Lapetha Ruffin, whose last known place of residence is 4693 East 153rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44128, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 16, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $629.25 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 682-04-104

    Situated in the City of Cleveland Hts, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 52 and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the center line of Quilliams Road (60 feet wide) at the Northeasterly corner of said Original Lot No. 52,

    Thence South 89 deg. 56' 14" West, along the Northerly line of said Original Lot No. 52, 30 feet to the Westerly line of Quilliams road,

    Thence South 00 deg. 09' 20" West, along the Westerly line of Quilliams Road, 125 feet to the principal place of beginning,

    Thence South 00 deg. 09' 20" West, along the Westerly line of Quilliams Road, 71 feet,

    Thence North 89 deg. 50' 40" West, 130 feet,

    Thence North 00 deg. 09' 20" East, 71 feet,

    Thence South 89 deg. 50' 40" East, 130 feet to the principal place of beginning and being further known as parts of Sublot Nos. 13 and 14 in The Seltzer Round Company's Monticello Subdivision No. 2, proposed, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of March, 2019.
