    906713—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Elizabeth Rivera, et al.

    Elizabeth Rivera, whose last known place of residence is 1012 East 77th Street, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Elizabeth Rivera, whose last known place of residence is 1012 East 77th Street, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Elizabeth Rivera, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on November 9, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $245.03 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 105-31-078

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And bounded and described as follows, to wit: And known as being Sublot 36 in W. H. Lawrence's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot 348 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 21 of Maps, page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Westerly side of Collister Street now known as the East 77th Street 72-36/100 feet deep on the Northerly line 72-34/100 feet deep on the Southerly line and 40 feet in the rear as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of March, 2019.
