902666—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Ernest Goldman, et al.
The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Robert Goldman, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 23, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $608.49 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 109-04-098
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 561 in Superior Park Subdivision No. 3 of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot Nos. 376 and 377, as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 37 of Maps, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Southerly side of Adams Avenue, NE and extending bck of equal width 110 feet, as appears by said plat.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of March, 2019.
