    906699—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Mary B. Wise Memorial Baptist Church an Ohio Corporation, et al.

    Mary B. Wise Memorial Baptist Church an Ohio Corporation, whose last known address is 7801 Lexington Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on November 9, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,387.78 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 137-01-009

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 146 in the Union-Rice Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lots Nos. 444 and 452, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 47 of Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 36 feet front on the Southerly side of Union Avenue S.E., and extending back 119.45 feet on the Westerly line and 119.66 feet on the Easterly line and has a rear of 36 feet as appears by said plat.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of March, 2019.
