907385—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Hector A. Carballo, et al.
Hector A. Carballo, whose last known place of residence is 16100 Maple Park Drive, Unit B-16, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Hector A. Carballo, whose last known place of residence is 16100 Maple Park Drive, Unit B-16, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 26, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $2,440.67 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 786-04-335
Situated in the City of Maple Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:
And known as being Unit No. 16 in Family Unit Building No. B in Maple Park Condominium of a part of Original Bedford Township Lot No. 32 as established by the Declaration recorded in Volume 12981, Page 417 and shown on the Drawings in Volume 11 of Condominium Maps, Pages 27 through 34 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of March, 2019.
