    907418—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Anthony E. Beckham, et al.

    Anthony E. Beckham, whose last known place of residence is 1887 Rosemont Road, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Joyce Beckham, whose last known place of residence is 1887 Rosemont Road, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Eddie L. Beckham, the place of residence of each being unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Betty D. Cury, a.k.a. Betty D. Curry, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on November 26, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,531.67 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 108-22-022

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being the Easterly 100 feet of Sublot Nos. 53, 54 and 55, in E.J. Well's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 369 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 14 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land 120 feet front on the Westerly side of East 105th Street and extending back of equal width 100 feet, as appears by said plat.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of March, 2019.
