    888084—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Jeri Lynn Walker, et al.

    Jeri Lynn Walker, whose last known place of residence is 832 Woodview Road, Cleveland, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Jeri Lynn Walker, whose last known place of residence is 832 Woodview Road, Cleveland, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 26, 2017, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $9,787.80 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 682-08-013

    Situated in the City of Cleveland Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 53, Tract No. 8 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Woodview Road (50 feet wide) distant 210 feet Northerly (measured along said center line) from its intersection with the center line of Noble Road (70 feet wide); Thence North 58 degrees 32 minutes West, 135 feet; Thence North 31 degrees, 28 minutes East 50 feet thence South 58 degrees, 32 minutes east 135 feet to the center line of Woodview Road; thence South 31 degrees, 28 minutes, West along said center line of Woodview Road 50 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of March, 2019.
