Marks, the place of residence of each being unknown; Kristine Stepnowski, whose last known place of residence is 34 East Cottage Street, Chagrin Falls, OH 44022, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Kristine Stepnowski, whose last known place of residence is 34 East Cottage Street, Chagrin Falls, OH 44022, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Karen Corrao, whose last known place of residence is 1544 Genesee Road, South Euclid, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Karen Corrao, whose last known place of residence is 1544 Genesee Road, South Euclid, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; William K. Marks Jr., whose last known place of residence is 1544 Genesee Road, South Euclid, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of William K. Marks, whose last known place of residence is 1544 Genesee Road, South Euclid, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 21, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,998.99 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 704-02-041

    Situated in the City of South Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being Sublot No. 22 in the Walter H. Telling Company's Oakwood Terrace Subdivision of part of the Original Euclid Township Lot No. 63, Tract No. 2, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 76 of Maps, Page 1 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 50 feet front on the Westerly side of Genesee Road and extending back of equal width 130 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of March, 2019.
