    894934—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Darren Powell, et al.

    Darren Powell, whose last known place of residence is 10305 Colonial Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Darren Powell, whose last known place of residence is 10305 Colonial Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Roosevelt H. Grubbs, whose last known place of residence is 13188 Sand Ridge Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418-8635, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 22, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $265.73 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 121-17-107

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being the Southerly 10 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 54 and the Northerly 25 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 55 in Daniel A. Burt's Allotment of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 409, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 9 of Maps, Page 4 of Cuyahoga County Records and together forming a parcel of land 35 feet front on the Westerly side of East 95th Street, and extending back of equal width 102 feet, as appears by said plat.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of April, 2019.
