    897495—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Mayan Investment Properties, LLC, et al.

    Adina Josic, whose last known place of residence is 710 Seabord Place, Tampa, FL 33602, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 10, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $93,312.16 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 672-25-001

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 4 and part of Block B in James McCrosky's Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lots Nos. 4 and 5, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 20 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Euclid Avenue (as now established 86 feet wide) with the Northeasterly line of Rosemont Road;

    Thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of Euclid Avenue, 83.98 feet to the most Northerly corner of land conveyed by Susan Arter and husband to Mary C. White, by deed dated September 10, 1901 and recorded in Volume 786, Page 504 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence Southwesterly along the Northeasterly line of land so conveyed to Mary C. White, 200 feet to the most Easterly corner thereof;

    Thence Southwesterly parallel to the Southeasterly line of Euclid Avenue and along the Southeasterly line of land so conveyed to Mary C. White along the Northwesterly line of the first parcel of land conveyed by Mary C. White to E. Warner White by deed dated June 13, 1901 and recorded in Volume 785, Page 280 of Cuyahoga County Records, and along the Southeasterly line of land conveyed by E. Warner White to Mary C. White by deed dated November 11, 1901 and recorded in Volume 806, Page 22 of Cuyahoga County Records, about 100.02 feet to the northeasterly line of Rosemont Road;

    Thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of Rosemont Road, about 200.90 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of April, 2019.
