906646—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Sherry Clarke, et al.
Sherry Clarke, whose last known place of residence is 13995 Superior Road, Apt. 701, Cleveland, OH 44118, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Sherry Clarke, whose last known place of residence is 13995 Superior Road, Apt. 701, Cleveland, OH 44118, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 8, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $716.12 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 109-18-076
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Sublots Nos. 70 and 71 in Curtiss, Ambler and Johnson's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot Nos. 378 and 386, as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 16 of Maps, Page 10 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the Northerly line of Hathaway Avenue, N.E., at a point distant 6 feet 6 inches Easterly, measured along said Northerly line from the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 70;
Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Hathaway Avenue, N.E., 41 feet 6 inches to the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 70;
Thence Northerly along the westerly line of Sublot No. 70, 80 feet to a point distant 40 feet Southerly, measured along said Westerly line, from the southerly line of Olivet Court, N.E.;
Thence Easterly and parallel with the Northerly line of Hathaway Avenue, N.E., 30 feet;
Thence Southerly and parallel with the Westerly line of East 108th Street, (formerly Almire Street) 7 feet;
Thence Easterly and parallel with the Northerly line of Hathaway Avenue, N.E., about 11 feet 6 inches to the intersection with a line drawn Northerly and parallel with the Westerly line of East 108th Street from the place of beginning;
Thence Southerly and parallel with the Westerly line of East 108th Street, 73 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of April, 2019.
