    906827—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Brian Balducci, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Brian Balducci, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on November 13, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $2,057.82 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 020-04-125

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being Sublot No. 262 in the Scott Hall, Clark's Co.'s Settlement Road Subdivision No. 1 of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 1, as shown by the records plat of said Subdivision in Volume 43 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said Sublot No. 262 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Northerly side of Carrington Ave., S.W. and extends back between parallel lines 114.54 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of April, 2019.
