    898218—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Michael Wilson, et al.

    Tina Lindsay, whose last known place of residence is 5196 Milo Avenue, Maple Heights, OH 44137, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 22, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $755.85 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 672-04-079

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Northerly 5 feet of Sublot No. 219 and the Southerly 30 feet of Sublot No. 220 in the Deming Brothers Company's Carlyon Allotment No. 1 of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 381, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 39 of Maps, Page 15 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 35 feet front on the Easterly side of Melbourne Road, and extending back between parallel lines about 106.92 feet deep, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 4th day of April, 2019.
