    905129—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Ervin Smith, et al.

    Ervin Smith, whose last known place of residence is 8013 Wade Park Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 10, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $357.05 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 107-14-018

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 5 in Anna A. Wendt's proposed Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 383, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Easterly line of Commonwealth Avenue (now known as East 85th Street) and 152 feet on the Northerly from its intersection with the Northerly line of the J. H. Wade's Subdivision, recorded in Volume 27 of Maps, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of East 85th Street 38 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Northerly line of said Wade's Subdivision 116 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the Easterly line of East 85th Street, 38 feet; thence Westerly 116 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 4th day of April, 2019.
