    907633—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Solomon Lopez, etc., et al.

    Solomon Lopez Trustee of the 55732 Banbury Trust, whose last known place of residence is 2401 Highway 70 SW, Hickory, NC 28602, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 29, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,276.72 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 763-18-394

    Situated in the City of Warrensville Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Family Unit R in Family Building No. 7 in Banbury Village Condominium of a part of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 99 together with a undivided interest in and to all common areas and facilities, as established by a Declaration of Condominium Ownership as recorded in Volume 12990, Page 689, and as shown on the drawings in Volume 11 of Condominium Maps, Pages 59 and 60 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 4th day of April, 2019.
