907673—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Isabelle Brown, et al.
James E. Murphy, whose last known place of residence is 17001 South Miles Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44128, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 29, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,226.40 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 143-11-039
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 83 and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the due Easterly line of Lee Road (60 feet wide) at its point of intersection with the Southwesterly right of way line of The Cleveland and Mahoning Valley Railroad; thence due Southerly along said Easterly line of Lee Road, 153.53 feet; thence Southeasterly on a line forming an included angle of 116 degrees 38' 55" with said due Easterly line of Lee Road and along the Northeasterly line of proposed South Miles Avenue, 920 feet to the principal place of beginning of the premises herein described; thence continuing Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line of proposed South Miles Avenue, 400 feet; thence Northeasterly on a line at right angles with said Northeasterly line of proposed South Miles Avenue, 159.75 feet to said Southwesterly right of way line of The Cleveland and Mahoning Valley Railroad; thence Northwesterly along said Southwesterly right of way line 400.01 feet; thence Southwesterly, 157.03 feet to the principal place of beginning and being further known as Sublots Nos. 24 to 33, both inclusive to Wm. J. Lang's proposed Lee Heights Allotment of part of Original Warrensville Township Lots Nos. 83, 84, 92 and 93, according to the survey made by Charles W. Root, Civil Engineer, December, 1915, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 5th day of April, 2019.
