    Maria D. Millan, whose last known place of residence is 7880 Newport Road, S.E., Uhrichsville, OH 44683, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Maria D. Millan, whose last known place of residence is 7880 Newport Road, S.E., Uhrichsville, OH 44683, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Stanley B. McShan, whose last known place of residence is 7880 Newport Road, S.E., Uhrichsville, OH 44683, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Stanley B. McShan, whose last known place of residence is 7880 Newport Road, S.E., Uhrichsville, OH 44683, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 9, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,076.41 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 113-23-136

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being Sublot No. 244 and the westerly 5 feet of Sublot No. 245, A.L. Moses' Subdivision Volume 29, Page 19 of Cuyahoga County Records, 50 feet on the southerly side of Grovewood Avenue and extending back between parallel lines 130 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of May, 2019.
