897660—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Levi C. Williams, et al.
Erica Williams, whose last known place of residence is 13403 Grannis Road, Cleveland, OH 44125, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 14, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his supplemental complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $944.54 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 136-02-096
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, to-wit:
And known as being the Northerly 31 feet of the Southerly 62 feet of Sublots Nos. 49 and 50 in J.M. Hoyt's Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 457, as shown by the recorded plat of said Allotment in Volume 4 of Maps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said parts of Sub Lots Nos. 49 and 50 together form a parcel of land having a frontage of 31 feet on the Westerly side of East 99th Street (formerly Angeline Street), and extending back between parallel lines 92 feet 4 inches, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of May, 2019.
