907612—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Alisha Harper, et al.
Avery M. Luke, whose last known place of residence is 1850 Burnette Avenue, East Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 29, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $5,393.62 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 673-11-075
Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 11 in the Crawford Realty Company's Euclid Burnette Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 44 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 59 of Maps, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Records and also part of Sublots Nos. 8 and 10 in William West and A.C. Stevens' Allotment of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 44 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 10 of Maps, Page 15 of Cuyahoga County Records and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Southwesterly line of Burnette Avenue at the most Easterly corner of said Sublot No. 11; Thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of Burnette Avenue, 40 feet to the most Northerly corner of said Sublot No. 11; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of said Sublot No. 11 and along the Southwesterly prolongation thereof 175.05 feet to a point distant 180 feet Northeasterly from the Northeasterly line of Hastings Avenue; Thence Southeasterly and parallel with the Northeasterly line of Hastings Avenue 40.20 feet to its intersection with the Southwesterly prolongation of the Southeasterly line of said Sublot No. 11; Thence Northeasterly along said Southwesterly prolongation and along the Southeasterly line of said Sublot No. 11, 171.07 feet to the place of beginning.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 4th day of June, 2019.
