    912867—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Berdine Jackson, etc., et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Jerry D. Gibson, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 22, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $126.98 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 106-22-035

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 391 and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning in the Westerly line of East 86th Street at a point distant 797.17 feet Southerly measured along said Westerly line from its intersection with the Southerly line of Wade Park Avenue Northeast; Thence Westerly and parallel with the southerly line of Wade Park Avenue Northeast 134 feet; Thence Southerly and parallel with the Westerly line of East 86th Street 40 feet; Thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of Wade Park Avenue Northeast, 134 feet to the Westerly line of East 86th Street; Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of East 86th Street, 40 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 4th day of June, 2019.
