    912874—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Ada Naylor, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Ada Naylor, the place of residence of each being unknown; Lloyd Naylor, whose last known place of residence is 2255 Par Lane, Apartment 614, Willoughby, OH 44094, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Lloyd Naylor, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 22, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,498.71 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 671-09-056

    Situated in the City of East Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of the Original 100 Acre Lot No. 382 and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Southwesterly line of Holyoke Avenue, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 24 of Maps, Page 15 of Cuyahoga County Records, at a point 140 feet Northwesterly measured along said Southwesterly line of Holyoke Avenue, from a stone at its point of intersection with the Northwesterly line of the present right-of-way of the New York, Chicago and St. Louis R.R. Company; thence Northwesterly along said Southwesterly line of Holyoke Avenue, 35 feet; thence Southwesterly on a line parallel to the Northwesterly line of Euclid Avenue, to a point in the Northeasterly line of Sublot No. 38 in J.A. and B.F. Stafford's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 382, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 18 of Maps, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of Sublot No. 38 and along the Northeasterly line of Sublot No. 36 in said J.A. and B.F. Stafford's Subdivision, about 35 feet to the Westerly corner of land conveyed to Julia L. Mairs by deed dated May 15, 1913 and recorded in Volume 1459, Page 537 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of land so conveyed to Julia L. Mairs to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 4th day of June, 2019.
