    902821—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Charlotte Fuller, et al.

    Unknown Spouse of Kwame Priester, whose last known place of residence is 10812 Mount Carmel Road Apt. H, Cleveland, OH 44104-2577, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 27, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $419.90 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 128-04-013

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being Sublot No. 19 in Chas. H. Wood's Subdivision of part of Original 100 Acre Lot Nos. 419, 420 & 427 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 45 of Maps, Page 8 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 78.16 feet front on the Southerly side of Woodland Avenue and extending back 139.84 feet on the Westerly line, 139.75 feet on the Easterly line and having a rear line of 77.85 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 12th day of June, 2019.
