    904153—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Dolores Jakubowski, et al.

    Dolores Jakubowski, whose last known place of residence is 2610 East Aurora Road, Apt. 3091, Twinsburg, OH 44087, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Dolores Jakubowski, whose last known place of residence is 2610 East Aurora Road, Apt. 3091, Twinsburg, OH 44087, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Dolores Jakubowski, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on September 21, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $2,531.17 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 545-07-039

    Parcel No. 1:

    Situated in the City of Garfield Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being a part of Sublot No. 18 in H.B. Howells Claremont Boulevard Allotment, of part of Independence Township, Lot No. 1, Tract No. 1, East of River, as shown by the recorded plat of said allotment in Volume 131 of Maps, Page 290 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning in the Easterly line of Claremont Boulevard at a point 8 feet Southerly from the Northwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 18;

    Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Claremont Boulevard 42.63 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 18;

    Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 18, 123.91 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 18;

    Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Sublot No. 18, 40.01 feet to a point in said Easterly line of Sublot No. 18, 8 feet Southerly from the Northeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 18;

    Thence Easterly in a straight line to the place of beginning.

    Parcel No. 2:

    Situated in the City of Garfield Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being Block A (formerly part of Wallingford Avenue now vacated) in H.B. Howells Claremont Boulevard Allotment, of part of Independence Township, Lot No. 1, Tract No. 1, East of River, recorded in Volume 131, Page 290 of Cuyahoga County Map Records; Beginning at a stone set at the Southeasterly corner of said Claremont Boulevard Allotment;

    Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Claremont Boulevard Allotment, 25.01 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 18, in said Claremont Boulevard Allotment;

    Thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 18, a distance of 123.91 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 18;

    Thence Southerly in a direct line of about 25 feet to a point in the South line of said Claremont Boulevard Allotment, 123.60 feet Westerly (measured along the southline of said Claremont Boulevard Allotment) from the Southeasterly corner of said Claremont Boulevard Allotment;

    Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Claremont Boulevard Allotment, 123.60 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 12th day of June, 2019.
