    913058—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Luther G. Wray, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Luther G. Wray, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 27, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $213.29 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 130-01-096

    Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, and in the City of Cleveland: known as being Sublot Number 329 in the Crawford-Woodhill Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots numbered 436, 444 and 445, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 47 of Maps, Page 12 of the Cuyahoga County Records; and being 35 feet front on the Easterly side of East 118th Street and extending back of equal width 139 feet in depth, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 12th day of June, 2019.
