    Unknown Spouse of Quinton Durham, whose last known place of residence is 4447 Lee Road, Cleveland, OH 44128, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Vanda Sessoms, whose last known place of residence is 501 Troy Street, E, Ahoskie, NC 27910, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Quinton Durham Jr., whose last known place of residence is 3239 East 128th Street, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Quinton Durham, whose last known place of residence is 3239 East 128th Street, Cleveland, OH 44120, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 21, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,733.82 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 143-13-126; 143-13-127; 143-13-128; 143-13-129; 143-13-130

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Sublot No. 250 and all of Sublots Nos. 266 to 270 both inclusive and part of Moss Avenue S.E. now vacated, in the William Lang's Lee Heights Allotment of part of Original Warrensville Township Lots Nos. 83 and 84, 92 and 93 and shown by the recorded plat in Volume 89 of Maps, Page 16, of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the center line of Moss Avenue S.E. now vacated at its intersection with the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of said Sublot No. 266; thence Southerly along said Northerly prolongation and along the Westerly line of said Sublot No. 266, 185 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 266; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Sublot, 40 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 250; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Sublot No. 250; 20 feet, thence Easterly and parallel with the Northerly line of said Sublot, 40 feet to the Easterly line thereof; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Sublot No. 250, 20 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 268; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Sublots Nos. 268, 269 and 270, 100 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 270; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Sublot No. 270, 243.61 feet to the Southeasterly line of Moss Avenue, S.E., now vacated; thence Northwesterly along a line at right angles to the center line of Moss Avenue S.E. now vacated, to the center line of Moss Avenue S.E. now vacated; thence Southwesterly and Westerly along the center line of Moss Avenue S.E. now vacated to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of June, 2019.
