    898727—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Kathy E. Smith, et al.

    Jerry Smith, whose last known place of residence is 1892 Woodlawn Avenue, Down, Cleveland, OH 44112, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 1, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,002.56 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 120-02-059

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being Sublot No. 60 in Sarah Phillips Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot Nos. 386 and 387, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Northerly side of Churchill Street (now known as Churchill Avenue, N.E.), and extending back 86.13 feet deep on the Westerly line, 88.80 feet deep on the Easterly line and having a rear line of 40.09 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of June, 2019.
