    912694—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Marvin Atlas, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Marvin Atlas, the place of residence of each being unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Sharon D. Atlas a.k.a. Sharon Amster-Atlas, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 19, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,097.86 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 683-22-042

    Situated in the City of Cleveland Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being Sub Lot No. 190, in the Rapid Transit Land Company's Subdivision No. 17-B, of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 57, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 81 of Maps, Page 6 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 45 feet front on the Southwesterly line of Cummings Road, and extending back 129.13 feet on the Northwesterly line, 146.27 feet on the Southeasterly line, and being 60 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of June, 2019.
