    898084—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Darwin Demore, et al.

    Andrea Demore, whose last known place of residence is 21571 Crystal Avenue, Euclid, OH 44123, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and James Delmar, whose last known place of residence is 9640 Tanager Drive, Chardon OH 44024, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on May 21, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,525.11 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 111-11-038

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being the Easterly 35 feet of Sublot No. 8, in Fred Schmoldt's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 365, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 7 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 35 feet front on the Northerly side of Shaw Avenue, N.E. (formerly Gravel Road), 133.88 feet deep on the Easterly line, about 118.36 feet deep on the Westerly line and 35 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 17th day of June, 2019.
