    899524—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Richard I. Dober Jr. a.k.a. Richard I. Dober, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Richard I. Dober Jr. a.k.a. Richard I. Dober, the place of residence of each being unknown; Michael J. Williamson, whose last known place of residence is 518 Stow Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of Michael J. Williamson, whose last known place of residence is 518 Stow Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 15, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $583.20 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 024-36-058

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being Sublot No. 21 in Triskett Park Homes, Inc. Subdivision of part of Original Rockport Township Section Nos. 12 and 19 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 138 of Maps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 30 feet front on the Westerly side of West 140 Street and 160 feet deep on the Northerly line, 140 feet deep on the Southerly line, and is 36.05 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 25th day of June, 2019.
