    912158—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Roxie Parrish, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Roxie M. Turner a.k.a. Roxie M. Parrish, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 7, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $884.45 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 763-16-323

    Situated in the City of Warrensville Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:

    And known as being all of Family Unit No. 2F in Building F, together with an undivided 4.167 percent interest in and to all the common areas and facilities and limited common areas in the Clarkwood Condominium as shown by the Drawings recorded in Volume 1, of Condominium Maps, Pages 41 through 56 inclusive of Cuyahoga County Records, and further described by the Declaration, specifically in Exhibit A which is attached thereto, and by the By-Laws of said condominium recorded in Volume 11360, Page 501 of Cuyahoga County Records.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of June, 2019.
