905796—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Michael S. Umstead, et al.
Mayra P. Umstead, whose last known place of residence is 4519 Alpha Avenue, Newburgh Heights, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 23, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $785.94 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

PARCEL NO. 1
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 9 in The Davis and Farley Realty Company's Subdivision No. 1 of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 287, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 84 of Maps, Page 22 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Northerly side of Cullen Drive, SE and extending back 91.61 feet on the Easterly line, 95.65 feet on the Westerly line and having a rear line of 37 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
PARCEL NO. 2
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 287 and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 9 in the David and Farley Realty Company's Subdivision No. 1, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 84 of Maps, Page 22 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence North 6 deg. 12' 10" East, 18 feet along the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of said Sublot No. 9 to a point; thence South 78 deg. 15' 30" East, 37 feet to a point; thence Southerly 18 feet to the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 8 in aforesaid Subdivision; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Sublot No. 9, 37 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of July, 2019.
