    911087—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Linda M. Kahn, et al.

    Linda M. Kahn, whose last known place of residence is 1965 Mornington Lane, Apartment 6, Cleveland, OH 44106, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on February 14, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,466.09 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 721-28-302

    Situated in the City of University Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Unit No. 2602, together with an undivided interest in and to the Common Areas and Facilities, in the Villas on the Green Condominium of a part of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 17, as established by the Declaration of Condominium Ownership recorded in Volume 13621, Page 849 et seq. and re-recorded in Volume 13625, Page 265 et seq. of Cuyahoga County Records, with amendments, if any, and whose Drawings are recorded in Volume 21, Page 68 et seq. of Cuyahoga County Condominium Map Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 5th day of July, 2019.
