    912230—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Orlen D. Haynes, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Orlen D. Haynes, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 8, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,681.56 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 786-10-064

    Situated in the City of Maple Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 65 in Walvern-Stein Subdivision No. 2 of part of Original Bedford Township Lot No. 32 and 42, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 153 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 50 feet front on the Southerly side of Steinway Boulevard and extending back 156.46 feet on the Westerly line, 156.18 feet on the Easterly line and having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 10th day of July, 2019.
