    902636—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Willie D. May Jr., et al.

    Valerie Mays, whose last known place of residence is 10216 Westchester Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 22, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $960.10 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 795-13-028

    Situated in the Village of Oakwood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Bedford Township, Lot No. 80, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the centerline of Tryon Road at the Southwesterly corner of the land conveyed to F.S. and J.G. Macourek by deed dated May 31, 1917 and recorded in Volume 1991, Page 27 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence Westerly 326.58 feet along the centerline of Tyron Road to the Southeasterly corner of the land conveyed to James and Alberta Dumas by deed dated February 20, 1957 and recorded in Volume 8833, Page 116 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence Northerly 681.90 feet along the Easterly line of said Dumas property to the principal place of beginning;

    Thence Westerly 163.29 feet along a line being parallel to the centerline of Tryon Road to a point on the Westerly line of said Dumas property;

    Thence Northerly 651.90 feet along the Westerly line of said Dumas property to the Northwesterly corner thereof;

    Thence Easterly 163.29 feet along the Northerly line of said property to the Northeasterly corner thereof;

    Thence Southerly 651.90 feet along the Easterly line of said Dumas property to the principal place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 15th day of July, 2019.
