    907758—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Melissa Franko, et al.

    Melissa Franko, whose last known place of residence is 27601 Mills Avenue, Apartment 4K, Euclid, OH 44132, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 30, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $5,155.60 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 648-30-347

    Situated in the City of Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being all of Family Unit No. K in Building #4 together with an undivided 1.866% interest in and to all the common areas and facilities in the Colonial Park Condominium No. 1 as shown by the drawings recorded in Volume #1 of Condominium Maps, Page 61-82 of Cuyahoga County Records, and as further described by the Declaration of Condominium Ownership, Exhibits 1 through 22 (therein referred to as allotted drawings), attached thereto and by the By-Laws of said Condominium recorded in Volume 11633, Page 535 of Cuyahoga County Records, and as amended by instrument recorded in Volume 11645, Page 567 of Cuyahoga County Records, as the same may be amended from time to time, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of July, 2019.
