    907791—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Michael Troy Watson, et al.

    Tonia Battle, whose last known place of residence is 12904 Melgrove Avenue, Garfield Heights, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 30, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $6,906.13 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 546-35-092

    Situated in the City of Garfield Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No(s) 325 in the Cranwood Estate Co's Cranwood Park Allotment No. 2 of part of Original 100 Acre Lot(s) Nos. 477 and 485 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 78 of Maps, Page(s) 22 of Cuyahoga County Records, and forming a parcel of land 60.00 feet front on the Southerly curved side of Melgrove Avenue and extending back 120.93 feet deep on the Westerly line, 124.45 feet deep on the Easterly line and having a rear line of 40.00 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of July, 2019.
