    Veleta Gibson, whose last known address is c/o Emma Barnes, 1447 East 120th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106-1455, otherwise whose address is unknown; Cora Lee Frost, whose last known address is c/o Emma Barnes, 1447 East 120th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106-1455, otherwise whose address is unknown; Charles T. Barnes Jr., whose last known address is c/o Emma Barnes, 1447 East 120th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106-1455, otherwise whose address is unknown; Teresa Barnes, whose last known address is c/o Emma Barnes, 1447 East 120th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106-1455, otherwise whose address is unknown; George Barnes III, whose last known address is c/o Emma Barnes, 1447 East 120th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106-1455, otherwise whose address is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Marchiel Paul, a.k.a. Marchiel M. Barnes, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 4, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,362.94 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 110-03-102

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 77 in The Lowrie Bros. Homedale Allotment of part of Original 100 Acre Lot No. 363, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 28 of Maps, Page 12 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Easterly side of East 11th Street (formerly Lowrie Avenue) and extending back between parallel lines, 125 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of July, 2019.
