    905227—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of John A. Brown, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of John A. Brown, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 11, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,933.90 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 107-15-044

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 383, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Easterly line of East 85th Street (formerly Commonwealth Avenue), at the North Westerly corner of land conveyed to Thomas T. Iden by deed dated November 17, 1903 and recorded in Volume 911, Page 211 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along said Easterly line of East 85th Street, 38 feet to the South Westerly corner of land conveyed to Sophia Kochman by deed dated April 24, 1920, and recorded in Volume 2413, Page 177 of Cuyahoga County Records, thence Easterly along the Southerly line of land so conveyed to Sophia Kochman 102 feet to the South Easterly corner therefore; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of land conveyed to Mary A. Brewes by deed dated July 19, 1905, and recorded in Volume 988, Page 107 of Cuyahoga County Records, and the Northerly prolongation thereof, 38 feet to the North Easterly corner of land conveyed to Thomas T. Iden, as aforesaid; thence Westerly, along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to Thomas T. Iden, 102 feet to the place of beginning, and being further known as Sub Lot No. 166 in L.M. Southern's proposed Wade Park Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Nos. 383 and 391, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of July, 2019.
