    906737—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. The Society of St. Stephen, etc., et al.

    Clarence Soltesz, whose last known place of residence is 17300 Miles Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44128, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Clarence Soltesz, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on November 9, 2018, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $3,057.02 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 117-07-022

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Block "A" and part of Sublot No. 1 in A.A. Pointer's Terrace View Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Tract No. 10, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 34 of Maps, Page 8 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Northwesterly line of Euclid Avenue (100 feet wide) said Northwesterly line being also the Northwesterly line of land conveyed to the City of Cleveland by deed dated September 8, 1924 and recorded in Volume 3142, Page 125 of Cuyahoga County Records; at its intersection with the Southwesterly line of Wayside Road N.E. (formerly Dunham Avenue); Thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of Euclid Avenue, 118.27 feet to the most Easterly corner of land conveyed to Richard L. Owens by deed dated December 2, 1957 and recorded in Volume 9040, Page 125 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of land so conveyed to Richard L. Owens about 109 feet to the most Southerly corner of land conveyed to Ell Pollak and Mary Smicklas by deed dated October 7, 1955 and recorded in Volume 8471, Page 256 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of land so conveyed, 118 feet to the Southwesterly line of Wayside Road N.E.; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of Wayside Road N.E. 116 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of July, 2019.
