911118—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Charlene Hilliard, et al.
Sabrina Kidd, whose last known address is P.O. Box 22802, Beachwood, OH 44122, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on February 15, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $800.92 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 112-20-044
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original Euclid Township Tract No. 16, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the Easterly line of East 148th Street (40 feet wide), at the Northwest corner of Sublot No. 27 in Joseph Laronge's Lake Shore Boulevard Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Tract No. 16, as recorded in Volume 65 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records, said point also being distant Southerly, measured along said Easterly line, 352.35 feet from the Southeasterly line of Lake Shore Boulevard, N.E. (80 feet wide); Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of East 148th Street, a distance of 42.35 feet to a point; Thence Easterly, and at right angles to the Easterly line of said East 148th Street, a distance of 76.83 feet to the Easterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Michael F. Keyes by deed dated September, 2, 1904 and recorded in Volume 948, Page 309 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence Southerly along said Easterly line of land so conveyed to said Michael F. Keyes, a distance of 51.37 feet to a point in the Northeasterly line of said Sublot No. 27 in the Joseph Laronge's Lake Shore Boulevard Subdivision aforesaid; Thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said Sublot No. 27, a distance of 75.47 feet to the place of beginning, and being further known as Sublot No. 8 in M.F. Keyes proposed Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Tract No. 16, according to a survey made by J.B. Davis & Son, Civil Engineer, March 31, 1911, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 7th day of October, 2019.
