916784—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Ayman Abuhamdeh, et al.
The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Ayman Abuhamdeh, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 14, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,257.45 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 127-22-020
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Sublot No. 5 in William Hanna's Allotment of part of Original Newburgh Township Lot 441, as recorded in Volume 5 of Maps, Page 59 of Cuyahoga County Records, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the Easterly line of East 93rd Street, with the Northerly line of Union Avenue and running thence Northerly along the Easterly line of East 93rd Street, 50 feet 3 inches;
Thence Easterly on a line parallel with the Northerly line of Union Avenue 84 feet;
Thence Southerly on a line parallel with the Easterly line of East 93rd Street, 50 feet 3 inches to the Northerly line of Union Avenue;
Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Union Avenue 84 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of October, 2019.
