    917045—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Bayview Financial Property Trust, et al.

    Danny Tackett, whose last known place of residence is 1722 Denison Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44109, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Jacqueline Giebrere, whose last known place of residence is 1722-1724 Denison Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44109, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Molly Hileman, whose last known place of residence is 2653 West 32nd Place, Cleveland, OH 44113, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on June 20, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $13,351.82 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 008-26-054

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 141 in Park Addition of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot Nos. 74 and 65 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 39 of the Cuyahoga County Records and being 50 feet front on the Northerly side of Denison Avenue, S.W. and extending back of equal width 250 feet, as appears by said plat, by the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 16th day of October, 2019.
