    Steve Suszter, whose last known place of residence is 388 Traxler Road, Dorset, OH 44032, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Unknown Spouse of Steve Suszter, whose last known place of residence is 388 Traxler Road, Dorset, OH 44032, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; John Agoston, whose last known place of residence is 5760 Mural Drive, Apartment D, Seven Hills, OH 44131, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Unknown Spouse of John Agoston, whose last known place of residence is 5760 Mural Drive, Apartment D, Independence, OH 44131, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 28, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,380.45 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Situated in the City of Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Original Euclid Township Tract No. 14, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the center line intersection of Euclid Avenue (86 feet wide) and Dille Road (40 feet wide) from which point an iron pipe monument bears South 43 deg. 55' 02" West, at 13 feet; thence North 43 deg. 39' 25" East, 430.27 feet along the center line of Euclid Avenue (86 feet wide) to the intersection with the Easterly boundary of New Creek Channel (50 feet wide) of Euclid Creek, conveyed to the Commissioners of Cuyahoga County by deed recorded in Volume 844, Page 544 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence North 27 deg. 56' 20" West, 265.47 feet along the Easterly boundary of New Creek Channel (50 feet wide) of Euclid Creek, as aforesaid, to a point, said point being South 27 deg. 56' 20" East, 15.905 feet from an angle point in the Easterly boundary of New Creek Channel; thence North 86 deg. 15' 18" West, 59.485 feet to a point on the Westerly boundary of New Creek Channel (50 feet wide) of Euclid Creek Channel, as aforesaid and the true place of beginning; thence North 86 deg. 15' 18" West, 453.65 feet along the Southerly line of parcel conveyed to Cleveland Metropolitan Park District by deed recorded in Volume 2509, Page 78 of Cuyahoga County Records to a point; thence North 30 deg. 30' 44" East, 432.31 feet along a Northerly line of parcel conveyed to Cleveland Metropolitan Park District by deed recorded in Volume 2509, Page 78 of Cuyahoga County Records to a point on the Westerly boundary of New Creek Channel (50 feet wide) of Euclid Creek as conveyed to the Commissioners of Cuyahoga County by deed recorded in Volume 844, Page 395 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 30 deg. 06' 44" East 464.795 feet along the Westerly boundary of New Creek Channel (50 feet wide) of Euclid Creek, conveyed to the Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, as aforesaid, to a point and the true place of beginning, and containing 2.010 acres of land, according to a survey by Arthur Van Ness Gregory, Registered Ohio Surveyor No. 4255 to the Engineering Department of the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District, with the exception of the portion beginning on the centerline of Euclid Avenue, 86 feet wide, said point being distant North 40 degrees 04' 30" East, measured along said centerline 165.16 feet from the centerline of Dille Road; thence North 47 degrees 29' 30" West, a distance of 484.99 feet; thence North 42 degrees 30' 30" East, a distance of 341.52 feet; thence South 33 degrees 37' 00" East, a distance of 196.65 feet; thence South 31 degrees 25' 00" East, a distance of 296.66 feet to the centerline of Euclid Avenue; thence South 40 degrees 04' 30" West, along the centerline of Euclid Avenue, a distance of 212.41 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of November, 2019.
