    912847—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Alan N. Pasternak, etc., et al.

    Successor trustees, under the Alan N. Pasternak Living Trust, dated May 26, 2004, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on March 21, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $7,726.96 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 002-14-047

    PARCEL NO. 1:

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being all of Sublot No. 102 and 20 feet in width from the Westerly side of Sublot No. 101 in Dudley Baldwin's Re-Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot Nos. 50 and 51, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 4 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records, together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Northerly line of Franklin Avenue, N.W. at the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 102;

    Thence Easterly along said Northerly line 50 feet to a point in said Northerly line 10 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 101;

    Thence Northerly at right angles to Franklin Avenue, N.W., about 47 feet to the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 101;

    Thence Westerly along said Northerly line and along a Northerly line of Sublot No. 102 to the Southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 57 in Jacob Perkin's Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 1 of Maps, Page 19 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence Northerly along an Easterly line of said Sublot No. 102, 34 feet 2 inches to the most Northeasterly corner thereof;

    Thence Westerly, along the Northerly line of said Sublot, 23 feet 7 1/2 inches to the most Northwesterly corner thereof;

    Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Sublot, 96 feet 7 inches to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    PARCEL NO. 2:

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being the rear part of of Sublot No. 57 in Jacob Perkin's Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot Nos. 50 and 51, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 1 of Maps, Page 19 of Cuyahoga County Records, bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning in the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot;

    Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Sublot, 32 feet;

    Thence Northerly and parallel with the Westerly line of said Sublot, 34 feet 2 inches to the Northerly line of said Sublot;

    Thence Westerly along the said Northerly line 32 feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof;

    Thence Southerly along said Westerly line 34 feet 2 inches to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    PARCEL NO. 3:

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of of Sublot No. 18 in Levi Martin's Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot Nos. 49 and 50, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 1 of Maps, Page 49 of Cuyahoga County Records, bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 18;

    Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Sublot to the most Northerly corner of Sublot No. 102 in Dudley Baldwin's Re-Allotment as recorded in Volume 4 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records;

    Thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of said Sublot No. 102, 23 feet 7 1/2 inches to the Northwesterly corner thereof;

    Thence Northerly to a point on the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 18, 23 feet 7 inches Westerly from the place of beginning;

    Thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 18, 23 feet 7 inches to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of November, 2019.
