    920321—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Barbara Kelly, et al.

    Barbara Kelly, whose last known place of residence is 15818 Grovewood Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of James L. Burns, a.k.a. James Leland Burns, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 23, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $911.98 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 113-15-010

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Easterly 12 1/2 feet of Sublot No. 175 and all of Sublot No. 176 and the Westerly 12 1/2 feet of Sublot No. 177 in The Eastwood Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Tract No. 16, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 31 of Maps, Page 27 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land 50 feet front on the Southerly side of Grovewood Avenue, and extending back of equal width 120 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of November, 2019.
