913984—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Stewart Perrin, et al.
Stewart Perrin, whose last known address is P.O. Box 93643, Cleveland, OH 44101, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on April 16, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $616.26 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 107-20-018
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:
Beginning at a point in the Southeasterly line of Crawford Road, N.E. 421.49 feet Northeasterly (measured along said Southeasterly line of Crawford Road, N.E.) from the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to the Fulton Building Company, by deed recorded in Volume 721, Page 291 of Cuyahoga County Records;
Thence Southeasterly at an angle of 90 deg. 8' with the last described course, which line is also the Northeasterly line of a proposed extension of Harkness Avenue N.E., 225 feet to its point of intersection with the Northwesterly line of proposed Holyrood Road, N.E. (said Northwesterly line of Holyrood Road, N.E. is parallel with and distant 225 feet Southeasterly from the Southeasterly line of Crawford Road N.E.);
Thence Northeasterly along said Northwesterly line of proposed Holyrood Road, N.E., 110.59 feet to the principal place of beginning of the premises herein described;
Thence Northeasterly along said Northwesterly line of Holyrood Road, N.E., 35 feet;
Thence Northwesterly at right angles to said Northwesterly line of proposed Holyrood Road, N.E., 100 feet;
Thence Southwesterly and parallel with said Northwesterly line of proposed Holyrood Road, N.E., 35 feet;
Thence Southeasterly 100 feet to the place of beginning, and being further known as proposed Sublot No. 81 in The Fulton Building Company's Proposed Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Nos. 392 and 393, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of November, 2019.
