915954—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Tony M. Barger, et al.
Tony M. Barger, whose last known place of residence is 6905 Flowerdale Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44144, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Glora F. Barger, whose last known place of residence is 6905 Flowerdale Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44144, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Linnie Smolen, whose last known place of residence is 3610 West Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44111, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Linnie Smolen, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on May 28, 2019, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $383.85 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 012-20-052
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublots Nos. 108 and 253 in Pearl Ridge Allotment of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lots Nos. 40 and 41, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 47, Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land 35 feet front on the Southerly side of Flowerdale Avenue S.W., and extending back between parallel line 204.8 feet to the Northerly line of Wetzel Avenue S.W., as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 25th day of November, 2019.
